OUR MISSION Our mission is to MAN UP. OUR CORE VALUES
Word of God: We believe in the power and absolute truth of God’s Word. We believe that personal study and mediation in, God’s Word renews the mind and transforms lives. This includes equipping and training for the work of ministry. II Tim. 3:16-17, Romans 12:1-2, I Peter 1:22-23, Hebrews 4:12
Family: We believe that the church is called to bring healing to the wounded family. This includes strengthening marriage, encouraging parents, recovery from divorce, ministering to singles, children and youth. Genesis 12:3, Ephesians 5:21-23
Community: We believe that the larger community is our responsibility. The church is called to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free in the power of the Holy Spirit. This includes healing of spirit, soul and body through the Word of God, anointed prayer, counseling and supportive relationships. Matthew 5:35-42, Luke 4:18, Acts 4:29-30
Excellence: We believe that Biblical excellence (doing the very best with what God has given) honors God and inspires people. This involves working with a strategic focus, then evaluating and reviewing our actions. Daniel 5:12, Philippians 1:10
Prayer: We believe that prayer is one of God’s main ways of preparing His Church. This includes individual, family and corporate prayer. Jeremiah 33:3, James 5:16
Relationships: The individual matters to God and to us. Genuine relationships should permeate every part of church life. We are committed to one another and team ministry. John 13:34-35, Ephesians 4:16, Nehemiah 3
Character: We believe that we are called to live a life of character, which includes honesty, integrity, humility, meekness, self-discipline, perseverance and a servant heart. Luke 5:30-32, Matthew 18:14
