Facility request will now be scheduled in 4-hour time slots (8 AM – 12 PM, 12 PM – 4 PM, and 4 PM – 8 PM)

• We can only reserve one time slot per event with the exception of weddings, funerals etc. 
• Sundays are reserved for church events

Priority will be given to church-related events, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
 

LWC will only be scheduling the facility 4 months in advance 

• Four-hour time block includes set up and cleaning time

• LWC Facility Usage Agreement will be emailed for completion to confirm reservation 
• ALL fees must be paid in advance upon signed agreement - fees are nonrefundable

A confirmation email will be sent once your request is approved

• If preferred block of time is not available for requested date, you will be notified thru email
